  1. This license agreement is a legal agreement
  2. between you (either an individual or a single entity) 
  3. and and the author of this software package.

  5. By installing or otherwise using this software you 
  6. agree to be bound by this agreement.
  7. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, 
  8. you may not install or use this software.

  10. You may install and use an unlimited number of 
  11. copies of this software on your computers.

  13. You may give this software package to your
  14. friends, burn it onto your own CD-Rom's (or other 
  15. media) and upload it to Free/Shareware Listservers
  16. as long as the original package remains unmodified.

  18. You may not disassemble or reverse engineer any part 
  19. of this software. You may not rent or lease the 
  20. software.

  22. This Agreement will immediately and automatically 
  23. terminate without notice if you fail to comply 
  24. with any term or condition of this Agreement. You 
  25. agree upon termination to promptly destroy the 
  26. Software Product together with all of its component
  27. parts, prior and replacement versions, and all copies
  28. and modifications thereof in any form.

  30. The author of this software does not guarantee that 
  31. this software is free from bugs or free from viruses.

  33. The author may, from time to time, revise 
  34. or update the Software. In so doing, the author
  35. incurs no obligation to furnish such revision or 
  36. updates to you.

  38. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY 
  39. APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE AND 
  40. DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND
  41. THE AUTHOR DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER 
  42. WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER 
  43. EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,  INCLUDING, BUT NOT 
  44. LIMITED TO, IMPLIED  WARRANTIES OF 
  45. MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A 
  46. PARTICULAR PURPOSE, CONFORMANCE WITH 
  47. DESCRIPTION, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT 
  48. OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS

  64. THE AUTHOR┤S CUMULATIVE AND ENTIRE 
  65. LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR

  75. have no effect on the remaining terms hereof.
